Deceptive Behavior
We do not misrepresent the purpose for which data or permissions are requested. Every request for sensitive information (camera, location, identity documents) is directly tied to a visible, in-context action initiated by the user, such as capturing an Aadhaar photo or starting an assessment.
Misrepresentation
All information displayed on this platform regarding candidates, assessments, results, and certifications reflects data entered or generated through the official assessment process. We do not alter or misrepresent assessment data, and access to modify records is restricted to authorized assessors and administrators.
Data Retention and Security
Candidate data, assessment media, and records are retained for as long as required to fulfil certification, audit, and regulatory obligations of the relevant Sector Skill Council/NSDC, after which they may be archived or deleted in line with applicable retention requirements. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
